About Rustler's Rooste
You’ll want to join us at Rustler’s Rooste. Established in 1971, the legend goes that the original site, high atop a butte in the foothills of South Mountain, was a hideout for cattle rustlers. Today it is Arizona’s Legendary Cowboy Steakhouse and the site for your Legendary Round-up.
We can entertain a banquet group of 40, or up to 1500 of your closest friends. Overlooking the city lights, our brand new Crystal Barn hosts gatherings up to 550 with adjoining patios for another 300 guests under the stars. We invite you to experience our western hospitality. Heck, this ain’t no ballroom.
Get ready for a cowpoke cookout served Chuckwagon style with picnic seating. You better come hungry cause Cookie don’t like no light eaters. Sample some tasty appetizers (yup! We’ve got rattlesnake) and when you hear the dinner bell, treat yourself to mesquite –broiled steaks, ribs and chicken served with all the fixin’s and fillin’s we’re famous for. Be sure to save room for dessert... homemade apple pie or rich fudge brownies.
Okay, we’ve tempted your taste buds and now it’s time to make cowboys out of some of you city slickers. We can round up the best western entertainment, from foot stompin’ bands and line dancing to fast draw and calf roping competitions or maybe a friendly chili cook-off contest.
